COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course explores the critical role of performance management in achieving organizational success. It provides participants with the skills and tools to set goals, monitor performance, provide feedback, and develop high-performing teams. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how to link employee performance with organizational goals using practical techniques, HR tools, and real-world case studies.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- 4 CXC/CSEC passes or equivalent, including English
- OR 2+ years of relevant work experience in HR or management
- Mature applicants may be assessed based on prior learning and work experience
CERTIFICATION
Participants who complete the course successfully will receive a Certificate of completion awarded by UCC. The course is eligible for credit transfer toward UCC undergraduate or professional programs.
