COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course provides learners with a comprehensive understanding of Human Resource Management (HRM) principles, functions, and practices. Participants will explore the strategic role of HR in modern organizations, focusing on recruitment, development, performance, and employee relations. Delivered through interactive sessions, this course equips students to apply HR strategies effectively in real-world settings.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- 4 CXC/CSEC passes (including English), or equivalent
- OR at least 2 years’ work experience in a supervisory/HR role
- Mature applicants may be accepted based on prior learning and experience
CERTIFICATION
Participants will receive a Joint Certificate of Completion from UCC with Three (3) transferable credit.
